By becoming a member of the TJK Mobile system after a real-time ID and age check, anyone over 18 who received an ID number from the General Directorate of Population and Citizenship Affairs of the Republic of Turkey can use the TJK Mobile application. Those who have not been issued an ID number by the General Directorate of Population and Citizenship Affairs of the Republic of Turkey and those under the age of 18 will not be able to use the application.
