Velocidade Furiosa X APK - You may remember that I saw the film at the press screening before the premiere. I was honestly shocked by the lack of quality of the latest work in the Fast and Furious Universe.
But, truth be told, I never doubted that the film would be a success, particularly in Portugal, where there is even a certain cult about "family". Well, I wasn't wrong after all! Fast and Furious (Fast X) had the most successful opening in Portugal since 2019.
The film exceeded all other films released since the pandemic began, without major obstacles.

Dom Toretto is back! Vin Diesel, the actor who plays Dominic Toretto, or Dom Toretto, was in Portugal, during 2022, doing scenes on our roads. This footage will appear in the next film in the “Velocidade Furiosa X” saga, which already has a release date in Portugal.
What is Fast X?
Taking us back to Fast and Furious 5, where Dom and his team neutralized the dangerous and powerful Brazilian drug trafficker, Hernan Reyes. Joaquim de Almeida played the role of the iconic villain who destroyed his empire on a Rio de Janeiro bridge. What they didn't know is that Reyes' son, Dante (Jason Momoa), has spent the last 12 years devising a plan to make Dom pay for everything.
Dante's plan scatters Dom's family from Los Angeles to Rome's catacombs, from Brazil to London, and from Portugal to Antarctica. The formation of new alliances and the reemergence of old enemies are certain to take place. However, Dom's world is turned upside down when he discovers that Dante's final target is his 8-year-old son (Leo Abelo Perry, Black-ish).
It is a film meant to wrap up the saga, but it should be divided into three parts. Therefore, there are two more films to come, one in 2024 and the other in 2025.

Velocidade Furiosa, popular in Portugal (in Brazil, it is known as “The Fast and the Furious”), is a film franchise focused on illegal street racing, with completely altered cars. There are several well-known actors in the film, such as Vin Diesel, Paul Walker (who passed away in 2013), Michelle Rodriguez, Jordana Brewster, and Tyrese Gibson. Dwayne Johnson, better known as "The Rock", John Cena, and Jason Statham appeared in the last films.
Fast X, on the other hand, stars Jason Momoa and a Portuguese actress! The name of the woman is Daniela Melchior.
Release date and filming
It is important to note that some of the filming took place in Portugal, which led to road closures and traffic diversion on the A24 motorway.
Filming began on April 20, 2022, and all indications are that the film will be released on May 19, 2023 in the United States.
The film, directed by Louis Leterrier, will, however, be released in Portugal on May 18, 2023, distributor Cinemundo announced this Friday (February 10).

Universal Pictures Portugal has published the trailer in the original version (V.O.) with Portuguese subtitles.
On the “Cinematologia Nerd” Facebook page, you can see the trailer dubbed in Brazilian Portuguese.
In conclusion, it will be another film full of action, crazy races, chilling scenes and lots of adventure with Dom Toretto's “family”.
