Characters
Yan
A member of the organization NOUS WAVE who investigates exoplanets.
Throughout her youth, she trained in combat and survival skills and eventually mastered the power within her Astrom-shaped right arm.
Yan despite her reserved demeanor loves to take pictures and keeps a daily diary to ensure she captures every precious moment.
As NOUS WAVE continued their Astrom experiment, a series of grave incidents occurred, resulting in investigators losing their lives. As a result, Yan began to have doubts about Astrom and became curious about its history.
Manganese
A mystical creature native to Allindo and impervious to the powers of Laylah.
Manganese once roamed the hills of Allindo. A number of locals attempted to capture it, but all failed as a result of its enigma.
Vi3's people encountered this once fierce beast one day, and with an unintentional touch on the blue fur covering the softest part of its chest, this once fierce beast turned into an adorable little creature. As a result of the transformation, Manganese began emitting a cute sound: ""coo-lee-coo"". Vi3's people cleverly used Furinrin as bait and captured its attention. Vi3 and her people have been loyally followed by Manganese since then.
Vi's pilgrimage has always been made easier by Manganese's reliable assistance.
Astero
A Shadarra Sovereign. With her clan's heritage as her inspiration, Astero took on the role of supreme leader.
During the grand opening of Port Windward, Astero led a delegation to the celebration and appeared in a memorable group photo with Vi3. Astero was a shy child at the time.
Growing up, Astero was familiar with the troubles caused by the False Star of Shadarra. The harsh living conditions of Shadarra forced many to migrate to Doran via Zin-Gerzen, but they were killed by erratic storms en route. Astero became determined to free her people from this intolerable situation as soon as she reached adulthood.
Apart from Vi, Astero is the only person in Allindo who knows the truth about the Return of Astramorphs. She realized the Reset was imminent when she observed Penumbra anomalies in Zin-Gerzen.
The leader of a land with no escape, Astero prepared for a last-ditch effort.
Deterrent
A Shadarrish smith by birth, Deterrent is one of the few warm-hearted individuals you'll find in his homeland.
The natural environment of Shadarra is harsh, and even with the artificial sun, life is difficult. The Shadarrish people want a better life for this reason, which is why Deterrent dreams of bringing them better living conditions.
During the official opening of Port Windward, Deterrent was part of the entourage of Astero. His first encounter with Lam's voyage speech was there. His speech mentioned that the port would serve as a bridge that spans Zin-Gerzen and connects Doran and Shadarra. As he saw the hope of his people in Shadarra being able to lead decent lives like those of the Doranese, Deterrent was deeply moved.
Keeping this in mind, he decided to assist Lam with the building of Port Windward.
ZERO²
ZERO2, an Allindish researcher mentored by Ep6 the Sage, became lab director after Ep6 departed for Port Windward.
Through the years, she devoted herself to uncovering the truth behind the Resets of Astramorphs. By working with her close friend Hyacinth, ZERO2 gained valuable insights into the Resets of the previous generations of Allindo life by investigating the Stela Albus. These discoveries led them to develop an agent capable of transforming Astramorphs. As a result of taking the medication, Hyacinth underwent a transformation shortly before ZERO2.
This incident was never disclosed to anyone else by ZERO2. As she continued her research, she hoped to find a way to restore her transformed friend's original form.
Lam
Lam is the elder brother of Vi3 and the prince of Doran. A romantic with an adventurous streak, he also has a sense of adventure.
It was previously believed that the skies were inaccessible and off-limits to the Doranese. As Earthers arrived, this ingrained belief was shattered.
Lam was among the first Allindish to accept Earth visitors. He developed a yearning to see more of the world after hearing the poetic and romantic accounts of adventure told by Earthers. The establishment of Port Windward marked the first step in the development of a grand odyssey in his mind.
Lam led Port Windward to become one of the most prosperous centers of economic activity and cultural exchange on Allindo. His accomplishments earned him the trust and respect of his people, who revered him as "an uncrowned king".
However, Lam's ambition was not limited to that. A brave odyssey was his dream, and he aspired to expand Port Windward into an interstellar port.
Vi³
Although Vi3 is known as the Princess of Doran, she actually has no control over anyone in her realm.
She has heeded Laylah's call since she was born, destined to be the Pilgrim of Allindo. Having been guided by the massive storm caused by the Penumbra in Zin-Gerzen, she awaits the day of reset.
The Princess of Shadarra, Astero, was introduced to a young Vi3 during her first visit to Port Windward 19 years ago. There was once a shared home for Earthers and Allindish in Port Windward. Vi3, Astero, and all the key figures involved in the port's development were captured in a cherished group photo by Earthers while there. Vi3 and Astero stand at the center of the photo as symbols of Doran and Shadarra, each holding a Doronium sphere - a popular toy among Allindish children. As Vi3's sphere pointed downwards and Astero's upwards, the photo subtly predicted their future destinies.
The encounter brought Vi3 to the realization that life on Earth does not undergo the Reset.
An Earther investigator named Yan met Vi3 the day the Reset began. She asked Yan to document the last days of Allindo before the reset, as well as her journey.
